Manchego style Sheep cheese
Montasio has become a fast favorite in all its varieties. Salty, smooth, in between a Manchego and a Gouda for flavor. Developed by ancient monks, like so many excellent cheeses. This is a washed curd variety. May be to strong for pizza but excellent with anything needing more flavor!
